Frequently Asked Questions

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits pay for generating presentations. Each slide costs credits according to the AI quality you choose — from 2 per slide on Low to 32 on Max, as the table above shows — plus a small amount per deck. Narration and video use credits too. Your monthly credits renew at the start of each billing period.

Do unused credits roll over?

Free plan credits reset monthly. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Professional, Enterprise) include credit rollover up to a maximum balance, so your unused credits carry forward to the next month.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and additional credits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?
