• Account details — name, email address, password hash, and anything you add to your profile.
• Content you provide — text, documents, images, audio, video and URLs you submit, and the decks, narration scripts and exports generated from them.
• Billing records — plan, orders and payment references. Card details go to our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Operational records — request and job logs, error traces and the prompts and responses exchanged with AI providers, used to debug and to show your generation history.

To run the service you asked for, to bill you, to keep the service secure and working, and to answer support requests. We do not sell personal data or use your content to train our own models.

• Supabase — database hosting.
• Cloudflare — file storage (R2) and site delivery.
• Razorpay — payments.
• AI and speech providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, Sarvam, Inworld. Your content is sent to whichever provider produces your deck or narration.
• Better Stack — application logging and uptime monitoring.
• Amplitude — product usage analytics, including page views, interactions and errors shown in the interface, using a random browser identifier. Form values and document contents are excluded from interaction tracking.
• PlantUML — diagram code in a slide is rendered by the public PlantUML server.

You can connect your account to ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic) or another app that supports the Model Context Protocol, either by approving it on our consent screen or by creating a personal API key. Nothing is shared until you do.

• What the assistant sends us — the requests it makes on your behalf: your prompt and settings, and any file or link you attach in the chat.
• What we send back — deck titles, slide titles, generation progress, links to your decks, and the account details its permissions allow, such as your plan and credit balance. That information then forms part of your conversation, which OpenAI or Anthropic handle under their own privacy terms.
• Public links — presentations created from a chat are published with a share link so you can open them from the conversation. Anyone with the link can view the deck until you unpublish it.
• Records we keep — which apps you have connected and which keys you have created (only a hash of each key is stored), when each was last used, and operational logs of the requests made with them.

You can see and revoke connected apps and API keys at any time from Dashboard → Integrations; access stops immediately. Closing your account revokes all of them.

Account data and decks are kept until you delete them or close your account. Operational logs, including stored prompts and responses, are deleted after 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can download everything your account holds, and close your account, from your account settings. Closing scrubs your personal details, removes your decks and the files behind them, and ends every session. You can also write to us to ask for access, correction or deletion.

Compiled decks and exports are served from unguessable URLs rather than behind a login. Anyone with the link can open the file, so share deck links only with people you intend to have them.

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production data is limited to administrators. No system is perfectly secure; tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe an account has been compromised.
