Terms of Service

Slidify.io ("Slidify", "we") is operated by Slidify.io, [registered address]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Slidify turns text, documents, images, audio, video and web pages you supply into presentation decks, narration and exportable files. Generation uses third-party AI and text-to-speech providers.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the decks you generate. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your files, send them to the AI and speech providers that produce your deck, and serve the result back to you.

Compiled decks and exports are stored at unguessable URLs. Anyone holding such a link can open the file, so treat a deck link the way you would treat the deck itself.

You agree not to use Slidify to:

• upload content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• produce material that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or sexualises minors;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent generated output as human-made where that matters;
• probe, overload or circumvent the service's limits, or resell access to it.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Generated slides and narration come from statistical models. They can be wrong, outdated or unintentionally similar to existing work. Check anything you publish or rely on. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose.

Paid plans and credit packs are charged through Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and scheduled maintenance or provider outages may interrupt generation.

You can close your account at any time from your account settings; closing it scrubs your personal details, removes your decks and the files behind them, and ends your sessions. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

To the extent the law allows, Slidify is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
