Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Credit packs are consumable. A pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase provided none of its credits have been spent. Once credits have been used the purchase is not refundable, because the generation it paid for has already been performed by paid third-party providers.

You are not charged for work that did not happen. A generation that fails releases its credit hold automatically, and a video export that fails refunds the render portion of the charge. If you were charged for something you did not receive, write to us and we will put it right.

Tell us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund a duplicate charge in full.

Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the order reference from your billing page. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and usually appear within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
